100% recommend for a stopover

Clean room, convenient location, close to the galleria mall which was great for last-minute shopping, and the amenities included free Wi-Fi and free parking, making it easy to unwind before heading to Love Field Airport.

The best part of my stay is that it is a pet friendly place. Luckly I bing my own poop bags when I travel.

Some light bulbs were out too, which didn't help the mood of the place. A noticeable smell in the hallways was off-putting. I encountered some maintenance issues like a toilet that didn't flush well, and during my stay, the staff could have been more attentive to these concerns.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is a serious issue—the room greeted us with trash still strewn about, including dirty socks left behind. The restroom had only half a roll of toilet paper and no extras, which isn’t ideal for a family stay. Stains on the bed sheets and blanket made for an unpleasant sleeping experience, seemingly ignored by the maids. Flickering light bulbs throughout the room added to the discomfort, and it felt a bit unsettling with individuals asking for handouts outside the property.

The room was significantly larger than standard options, ideal for families, and it was conveniently located near a mall. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken during my stay and was never repaired despite multiple reports. In addition, the lack of maid service and concerns for safety in the area, including litter and disturbances, were major downsides.

The room came with all the essentials like an adapted bath, air conditioning, private bathroom, and shower. I enjoyed the cable channels and free internet facilities too. The indoor swimming pool was a nice place to chill after a long day. Overall, it felt comfy and was in a pretty good location near the mall.
